That same year, Corner Lot Hospitality was born, delivering its first Hilton-flagged hotel and, in 2024, acquiring the prestigious One Ocean Resort in Atlantic Beach, FL. The historic hotel was rebranded as the Dune House, which opened in Summer 2026.
Also in 2026, Corner Lot launched Palm and Pine Custom Homes, building custom homes that are beautifully designed and purposefully crafted.

Outside of real estate, Andy enjoys Jacksonville Jaguars football and is one of the top amateur golfers in the area. He and his wife, Kristen, have two children, Ava and Payne. They’ve traveled much of the world together, including a summer in Europe, a winter in Southeast Asia, and multiple trips to Scandinavia, home of his and Kristen’s ancestors.
