George Leone

Chief Operating Officer

George Leone is the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Corner Lot Development Group (CLDG). He and Andy Allen launched CLDG in 2017, growing it into a marketplace leader in Northeast Florida.

As an extension of Corner Lot, Palm and Pine Custom Homes brings that same development expertise to custom home building, delivering beautifully designed and purposefully crafted homes.

Before CLDG, George launched Leone Development in 2016, where he quickly earned a reputation for understanding development constraints, staying solution-oriented, and building strong teams to execute land development projects.

George began his real estate development career at Toll Brothers, where he spent 13 years and ended as Vice President of Land Development. After relocating to Jacksonville in 2005, he started a development team for Toll Brothers and was one of the first developers to break ground in Nocatee. He also oversaw development projects totaling $500 million across Central and North Florida, South Carolina, and North Carolina, where he regularly managed a team of over 40 consultants and contractors.

George is a member of the City of Jacksonville Joint Planning Committee and the Florida State College at Jacksonville Building Industrial Leadership Team. He also supports and participates in a variety of professional organizations, including the Northeast Florida Builders Association, the Urban Land Institute, the Jax Chamber, and Jax USA.

George graduated from Florida State University in 2001. Outside of real estate, he enjoys fishing, boating, bird hunting, and skiing. George and his wife, Irena, have three children, Anthony, Jordan, and Isla.
