You’ve worked hard. You know what you want. And when it comes to where you live, you’re not willing to settle for a floor plan pulled from a catalog or finishes chosen by a committee. You want a home that reflects your taste, fits your lifestyle, and belongs to a community you’re genuinely proud to be part of. That’s exactly what Palm & Pine was created to deliver.

Palm & Pine is the luxury custom home division of Corner Lot Development — a team of designers, builders, and craftspeople who believe that where you live should feel like an extension of who you are. We work in some of the region’s most sought-after communities, bringing architectural integrity, refined craftsmanship, and deeply personal design to every home we build.
Your lifestyle, priorities, and vision are the foundation of every decision we make.
Architectural integrity and beautiful details that are uniquely yours.
Carefully chosen materials and finishes-selected with intention, built to last.
Clear communication, honest guidance, and a team that’s with you all the way.
Homes that complement the land, the landscape, and the community.
Palm & Pine builds in some of the most exceptional communities in the region. Lakefront. Golf course. Conservation. Waterfront. These aren’t just settings — they’re lifestyles. And we design our homes to complement them.
That means your home won’t just sit in its environment — it will belong to it. We take our design cues from the land, the landscape, and the character of the neighborhood, so that the finished product feels like it was always meant to be exactly where it is.
As the custom home division of Corner Lot Development, Palm & Pine brings something most custom builders can’t offer: the backing of a seasoned development team with a track record of delivering exceptional communities from the ground up.
That means reliable timelines, transparent communication, and a team that has navigated the complexities of high-end residential construction many times over. When you build with Palm & Pine, you’re not taking a chance on an unknown quantity. You’re working with a team that has earned its reputation one well-built home at a time.
Building a custom home is one of the most significant investments you’ll ever make — financially and emotionally. We take that seriously. Our team is with you at every step, from initial design conversations through construction and final walkthrough, making sure the process feels as good as the finished product.
We believe building your dream home should be exciting, not stressful. Clear communication, honest guidance, and genuine partnership are how we make that happen.
A home that looks exactly like you imagined it. A home that performs the way you need it to. A home in a community you’re proud to belong to — and one that holds its value because it was built the right way, from the very first nail to the very last detail.
This is what Palm & Pine builds. And we’d love to build it for you.
